Pinch Me—I’m Teaching in France!

Just a few days from now, I’ll be packing my brushes, paints, and stretchy travel pants (priorities, right?) and heading to France to teach an oil painting retreat. I mean… what?! That is not a sentence I’ve had many chances to say, and definitely not one I would have imagined years ago.

I'll be teaching at the beautiful Perigord Retreats, surrounded by lavender fields, charming villages, and lots of creative hearts ready to play with color and light. My job? To help people fall in love with painting, trust the process, and not stress if a tree looks more like a broccoli floret. (It’s happened to the best of us.)

If you're not joining me this time, don’t worry—there’s another dreamy art adventure coming up in Italy, June 2026 (yes, it’s already filling up!). If you’ve ever wanted to paint under the Tuscan sun with pasta in one hand and a paintbrush in the other, you need to get your name on that list.
