It’s already Wednesday. The weeks just fly by don’t they? In the blink of an eye a week is over, then a month and before you know it a year has flown by. But pausing and taking some time to be in the moment is so important. And painting is one of the things that helps me be in the moment. Thanks to all of you who hung out with me on Instagram while I painted this sunflower today. I enjoyed my moments with you.
