Fall oil painting fall workshops.
If I could say it in words there would be no reason to paint. –Edward Hopper.
These fun and inspiring oil painting workshops will be held on Saturday, October 12, and Sunday, October 13, from 10am-3pm, in New Hope, Pa, at 395 Lurgan Road.
We will be painting florals on both Saturday and Sunday, so you can sign up for the one you prefer or, even better, both days.
In these classes we will be creating oil paintings from photos.
Spontaneity and freshness are always what I strive for in my painting practice and my goal is to teach you how to incorporate this into your work because having fun is what it’s all about.
You will learn skills such as underpainting, transparent vs. opaque colors, creating a strong color palette and color mixing technique, which you can add to your painting practice in a stress-free and supportive environment.
No experience necessary. Ages 16+
The cost is $275 plus $50 supply fee (this is optional, you can bring your own supplies if you would like. I will provide you with a list of what to bring if you choose this option.) If you would like to have the supplies provided by me please choose the supply option at check-out. There is a discount for attending both classes that weekend.
Lunch is included.
Class size is limited to twelve students.
Hope you can join us!
